Welcome to the UMHB Event Management System (EMS).  We are happy to offer you up to date and comprehensive event and meeting information.  You can use the EMS system to Browse Events or Reserve space on campus.

Your reservation is not final until you receive a confirmation via e-mail.  You can always view your requests under the Reservations tab to see if the status has changed from request to confirmed.

First Time User
If you are a first time user,  request an account here.  Only Full Time Faculty and Staff can have a user account.  You will receive an e-mail notification when your account is approved and ready for use.


Registered User
If you have already received notification that your account is active you may log in at any time.  After logging in you can click on the Reservations tab from the navigation bar to begin your Facility Reservation Form.
